Took a Dinner Cruise on the Wonderful Pearl from River City. The shops are decent. The River Cruise goes passes by a couple of landmarks lit up at night. The buffet on the boats is plentiful but food is so so. Decent experience for the price.
We chose Wonderful Pearl Cruise for dinner on our TGIF. Overall experience with my first time cruise dinner buffet is wonderful. There was some waiting time at pier 2 before boarding and the weather is warm and non windy on the cruise although we sat on upper deck of cruise as if it moves so slowly. The food on the cruise is great especially grilled prawns and sushi. You can enjoy the night view of Chao Phraya River while eating dinner buffet with your loved ones. There are also great performances with good vocalists and dancers. You can also do a birthday celebration there and the band will sing birthday song for you 🤩
River City is like a big mall filled with contemporary art & historical decor. Upstairs you will find some of the artists studios and they also actually are working/painting here.
It’s amazing to see such a diverse collection of art works and artists on display.
I would highly recommend a visit if you are interested in art.

Enjoyed beer at the roof top bar. They offer happy hour which gives one free bottle of beer for 3 bottles. The view from the root top is amazing. You can see nice views of the river

We Went on the boat tour with a buffet dinner it was a good time they played live music and danced
River City Bangkok has some of the most impressive and unique art exhibits. This place is a haven for art lovers. The basement of your souls, the darkness, and the journey of rock were all amazing exhibits that made you think and emotional. We visited weekday morning. So it wasn’t as crowded. Tj were are restaurants and ferry to ride as well.
Coming to River city was one of my favorite things to do in Bangkok. Bangkok has a banging art scene. Here there will be a few exhibitions, quite a few studios and curated art for sale. There are a few floors of antiques which we weren’t as interested in, we spent about 3 hours here. Great way to get out of the heat of the day.
Easily accessible by the river. No tickets needed, it’s sort of set out like a shopping center, there are a few cafes and the aircon is great! And the place isn’t that busy so it’s not like you are squeezing past people to view the art
