Great tenders, fries, and sauce but the customer service lacks at this location compared to others. Also pretty pricey for such low cost ingredients. Be aware when ordering that their tenders are more like long chicken nuggets so maybe get a serving size up from what you’d think you’d want.
This is a little gem at fountain square. Steven was working both times I went in and made stellar recommendations. The food was absolutely fantastic! The fries were out of this world good. I loved that they added parmesan cheese to the fries as a sprinkle because it added just the right amount of saltiness. Great place for a great meal for an OUTSTANDING price.

Overall its solid, but the value is lacking on some items. The sandwich was extremely good and well priced at $7.49. Tenders are good, sauces are good, fries are mid, but the price is too high for what you get. The tenders are more like large chicken nuggets and just aren't worth the price.

Grabbed some City Bird then headed to Washington Park for lunch. It's kinda like Cane's as they have chicken, a "City" sauce and shoestring parmesean fries (unfortunately the fries were cold 😕) along with a lemonade. A bit disappointed! UPDATE: The manager contacted me and sent me coupons to try again...and I definitely will! Thank you!
The Tenders and the fries were both very good quality. The house made lemonade was delicious. I got the tenders fried in the spicy oil and my only complaint is that they were just a tad bit too spicy but they were seasoned and fried to perfection. Also the breading was great I like my tenders with a nice slight crisp. Will definitely stop by again the next time I’m in the area!
Staff is friendly and welcoming. Gave us samples of the sauces because we weren’t sure of what flavor to pick. All sauces are house made and delicious. Let me tell you, the lemon thyme ranch is to dieee for!!
