Kelsey Park is a small park on the intercostal near Blue Heron Bridge. They have a walking/exercise path, decent amount of parking for the number of visitors, and places to sit while looking out over the water.

The park was very clean and welcoming. The grass and pathways were well cared for, and the mulch was thick and easy to walk on.
The bathrooms unfortunately need attention. Toilets were clogged up the 3 times we tried to use them.

I love taking my 3 and 5 year old kids to this park, so close to the water and very relaxing. Only thing I’d be cautious about is the homeless that are always around. They mean no harm, but definitely always keep a close eye on your children.

Been coming here since I was born here in 1973 634 W. Jasmine Dr in Lake Park. It has changed A LOT..!
But it's still a beautiful spot to walk ,talk, relax, look at night lights across the lagoon on Singer Island.

Small but nice park for a walk or sit down and enjoy the view.

I love the new park. It is very family-friendly with lots of new upgrades. The floor on the playground is soft and squishy when you walk on it and the shades over the playground help out a lot on a hot sunny day. My kids had a blast and played for hours . We will be back again!

I haven’t posted a negative review in years, but I need to say something about this place.

My family of five attended the Rust Market on Park Ave and grabbed lunch to eat at the park. This is the biggest park in the area but there was not one picnic table? Two nice pavilions but no tables (see pictures)

The playground was the only place that had a single table but it was all blocked off for no apparent reason, the storm was over 10 days ago.

Why in Jupiter and Stuart do we have the privilege of tables and grills at our waterfront parks, lots of parking, clean bathrooms, etc but Lake Park does not? Do their residents not pay the same taxes? Every city has homeless people so that’s not an excuse. This park says “look but don’t touch” and Parks and Rec department should do something about it!

I haven't been to this park in years. The landscaping is ok but needs more plant nearby the waters edge. Great views as always. Plenty benches are available.
