Had an appointment with Dr Tony Tsai today. Waited for an hour. He didnt show up, so I had to leave. No apology, nothing.
Dr. Tsai is one of the great ones. He was attentive engaging and humorous. Whiling to assist however possible and most important honest and trusting.

It is the best Fertility Clinic around NY. They do not have to wait to check your record from another fertility clinic, they do their own at the moment of your first appointment and i do not have to wait 3 weeks for my first visit. The doctor Tsai and all the staff are happy to help you. they are very knowledge and professional team.!!1
Dr. Tsai clearly explains everything the patient needs to know and is a wonderful advocate for his patients. He is very direct, which is how I like my doctors. His office is staffed with kind nurses and receptionists who are always available to respond to your questions. Dr. Johnson, the anesthesiologist, is very professional and cordial, offering a much needed sense of calm just prior to having a procedure done. I am very happy to recommend Dr. Tsai for any Gyn procedures you need performed.
Dr Tsai is a fantastic doctor. He outlines the required testing, results, course of action precisely and shares his thoughts and knowledge. Very friendly and attentive. The staff are also very supportive and friendly.
The office was very clean, staff very patient and nice. Dr. Tsai is confident, nice, and very thorough. Fingers crossed our journey will have a happy ending.
