Had a wonderful experience at this outlet. Thank you Rhianna for all your help. You were so friendly and really went out of your way to help me look for the right sizes and colours. Bought 1 winter jacket, 2 hoodies, a baseball cap and a wallet. Total came to 1100gbp. Not bad.
I don't know why, but I expected a shabbier factory outlet store. It was quite the opposite - a very beautiful shop with attentive and friendly staff, especially Derrick. He helped me with sizing and fitting, showed different models and I ended up buying two trench coats for myself and one for my partner. The discount was great, too!
Derek was amazingly helpful, even helped me talk to my mother-in-law over the phone to help pick out items!
Burberry outlet that is located quite remote from city centre. But it was worth the trouble to come here as there were many value for money bags could be found here. I bought my limited edition Burberry bag here with less than £600. Great victory to my treasure hunt. Compared to bicester village and other Burberry outlets in Oxford Street and Regent Street, here was the best for me.
Although this isolated outlet was 1 hr away from my accommodation, but i took the effort to make it there. Bags were 30% off comparing with the retail price. I highly recommend anyone to visit this outlet.

nice price! really worth a visit. bags that easy to match any outfit are not really cheap though. Staffs were kind.
I love this place! I popped in to take a look at the items and I ended up buying an absolutely gorgeous winter coat, at a very good price 👌. The place in very nice, clean, tidy and auper organised. The staff is very polite and attentive. There is an employee, Italian man, I believe his name is Sergio. (Sorry, if don't remember clearly) and he went extra mile when I asked if he had a dust cover for my coat. I love this kind of service!, it makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely come back! ❤👍
