Definitely a great spot.
The bistro mini burger is definitely big for a “mini”. We were told the mini is 1/4 lb and the regular bistro is 1/2 lb.
Burger is delicious and all the toppings were fresh and crisp.

Decent burger spot. Not worth the hype but still enjoyed the burger. Tater tots and fries were good
Burger was pretty good. Didn’t expect it to come on a paper plate. It’s cash only, but there’s an ATM inside, took us a while to get our waiters attention.
If you live here long enough, you’ll run into an ex (friend, lover, boss, enemy…) when you least expect it. I haven’t eaten/drank here in 20 + years, only because I don’t hang in this hood anymore. It’s the same- ish.

The quality of the burger is above average, but the taste is disappointing. It’s under seasoned, the bun is too small for its girth, blah- blah- blah. Back then, burgers like this were the gold standard. The standard has moved, my palette is different and this has stayed the same.

It’s like I came in happy because my beautiful friends recommended me this establishment. I waited 20 mins to even be asked what I wanted. I was the only customer at the tables. Hamburger was cold and the server said it came off the grill. Not sincere or not being honest

3.5 stars. This is cash-only bistro, so be prepared. I had the chilly burger that was very good (if not a touch too salty). When you ask for medium rare it is more rare than medium. So if you're uncertain go for more cooked as burger was thick.
My cousin has a burger with bacon and said it made the dish. Fries were good but we wanted tater tots, he brought us both.
We split a beer, and it was so good. This is not inexpensive. Bill with tip was $60. Maybe that's the standard in NYC.
It was a recommendation from other New Yorkers living in the area.
