If you want to buy durian ice cream, make sure you see it with your own eyes, not just rely on what the staff tells you. They lie!

I specifically asked if durian ice cream was available. Despite being assured by the staff that it was, I was informed after making the payment that it was not. They said, "sorry, I thought you wanted corn." I never mentioned "yellow" ice cream; I mentioned "durian." How could it become "I thought you wanted corn?" I confirmed multiple times that they had durian.

This is not the first time I have encountered this issue at this store, so I made sure to double-check and even reconfirmed with the staff member, who clearly stated that durian ice cream was in stock.

As a result of this misinformation, I was left with no choice but to accept a different flavor, which was not my preference. I specifically visit your store for durian ice cream, and if it's not available, I would rather not make a purchase.

Please improve your staff training to ensure accurate information is provided to customer.

I have always felt amazed seeing the food items sold here which were my favourites during childhood. This time, I decided to try one of the popular ice creams with 3 scoops. It was indeed very tasty and brought me to my growing years.

Terrible place. My son wanted to buy the baby ice cream cone, but when we got there, they claimed to have run out of ice cream! The shop had only opened 4hours ago, how could it have run out of ice cream so fast! This shop is a blaugh and I recommend never visiting it.

I’m not sure is it racisim or what but the cashier chose to attend to the malay lady stood behind me while i was the one standing first in the queue right in front of him! This is nonsense. I pointed out to him that i came first then only he attended to me but he didnt aplologize for what he did. Pretty disappointed with my first visit and i think i would avoid paying my next visit if the counter were being managed by this guy.

2nd visit after a month: Served by a malay lady and i can confirm that the staff there are really racist. As usual, no greeting & no smile at all, do not even make eye contact with customer and did not say thank you after the transaction is completed. The way she treated Chinese is different from the malay lady whom she served before me, of which she was so friendly in guiding the lady where to top up tng etc. Truly disappointed with this kind of treatment.

Childhood stall at the Garden Mall has good intentions and carries a lot of childhood goodies/snacks/toys. Standing in front of the racks with the goodies such as chocolates, snacks, bubble gums brought back many great memories. Bought the bubble gum - however, the gum tasted strange and melts in the mouth (than being a chewing/bubble gum). Hope the management looks into it.

Wow this place is literally my childhood and others too! They got almost everything like the familiar snacks and toys and board games that we used to play. It's unbelievable. Even my mom was impressed on certain products from the past. And also she's from Penang, so she recognizes a lot of the stuff too. Bought a few stuff just to try it out and it was awesome. Can't wait to go back there and buy some other things haha.

Noatalgic the "Childhood A taste of memory" store bring us our blast from the past childhood stationaries, games, food and items from the 70s to 90s. Just that selling price is 10x 20x more, cant beat the inflation. These items stood the stand of time and let us pass thru our child hood years without mobile phones or computers. We used to save money and goto chai da ma to buy these, and when found out by mom get scolded. Also the biji saga arcadia seed, used to be free, we just go to find the tree and collect it, put in a bottle and give to our crush, off cos together with some drawing or handcraft.
