I usually go to the other cookie place in exton- BUT think I am switching. The service is great here- The gentleman who waited on me explained the different cookies and also the different notifications in the store. I was rushing, but glad I stop. Thanks for a great cookie day!

I got the chocolate chip cookie and 2 scoops of ice cream. I would recommend skipping the ice cream since it was okay. It was a good okay though so up to you. I may have just gotten too much sugar but the cookie was so yummy. The inside was soft and I loved the big chunks of chocolate. It also stayed well then next day so I recommend coming here for late night dessert stuff.

Need better training. They don’t know how to link your account so you can earn reward points. They will also substitute your cookies without letting you know. It just would have been nice to have a choice on what I’m paying for.

Jeremiah and Michela (i think that’s her name) at the insomnia cookies in exton have always been nothing less than incredible. they are so kind and always make my day better. my cookies are always warm and stay fresh for quite a few days after purchase. i love coming home to my insomnia cookies. me and my boyfriend love going there when we are out for a late night drive and it’s the best when i just finish work and can drive over and get a snack. Jeremiah and Michela are probably the main reason i go there so much. thier friendliness makes you feel so welcomed.

Give in to your desires and cravings at Insomnia Cookies. You’ll know you’ve made the right choice the second you walk in the door and get your first whiff of heaven! Sydney guided me through all the options and her recommendations were SPOT ON! I’ll be back soon for more, you should too!

A nice cozy place.

We have ordered on the app and had a in store pickup option

Visited on a weekday evening. No many people were at this place

We had quite warm bunch of cookies. They are extremely fresh and delicious.

They have good variety of ice-creams and beverages that go in combo with cookies

Liked their ambience

Would highly recommend this place

Staff are friendly
