Texas Chicken DHA Phase 6

I tried the fried chicken. It was good. But I am wondering why you people didn't notice the spellings of flavor(flavour) on your packing. I don't think it's versatile.

Undoubtedly the best fried chicken, coleslaw & chicken tenders one can find in lahore.

Seriously no debate, but plsss introduce more sauces to go with it, just the mayo is getting boring.

Notes to be taken seriously, service needs to be improved a lot & cleanliness of sitting otherwise food top notch.

My review is as under
1. Size of fries serving is extra ordinary small compare to price
2. Ordered burgers. And appreas that burger bread was not fresh . It seems it is not made by themselves. Seems about a day old .
3. Chicken patties or strips was over cooked and was quite hard and burnt. Difficult to eat.

Not at all matches even lower teir competition.

Taste was good but quantity was below average and through Foodpanda order amount of the deal was different and if customer pick it by himself than the same deal amount was 400 rupees plus didn't understand the logic behind this !!!

Honest review here. Tried this place out after feeling like having Church's Chicken in the west which is known as Texas Chicken in Pakistan.

Firstly, going on an off-peak time and day, there was zero parking in their entire lot even though there were only a couple of customers inside when I walked in.

I was also approached by a beggar at their front entrance steps as I was about to go in and they were shooed away by their attendant.

Was told my order would take 20 minutes even though there were hardly any customers. My order was brought after 25 minutes.

The fried chicken was decent and just like the one from western countries. It was piping hot, fresh, juicy, flavourful and succulent. Full 5/5 on that.

The mashed potatoes and gravy were tasty, though cold. Which considering they were not busy and had a whole bunch of staff behind the counter and at the kitchen idling around chatting, is rather inattentive.

The honey biscuit, again was flavourful; though was burnt in quite a few places, which was quite off-putting.

Again, like most eateries in this city have a tendency to give you packets of ketchup and chili garlic sauce for everything.

I had asked the server since this was a Texas Chicken establishment I was at that if they had the standard Texas Chicken packets of hot sauce and they sounded confused and said they have hot sauce in a cup which can be purchased separately.

I explained that's not the one I meant, which is standardly available at Texas Chicken among other countries which is a vinegar-based, more runny sauce like a Tabasco kind of sauce.

This was as another employee came over to inquire. Was told by them they don't carry such sauce I was asking for.

I also had to let them know I hadn't received my drink which I had purchased in my order and they had to bring that out after almost half an hour wait inside a mostly empty establishment. Again, inattentiveness on the part of their staff which is due to poor management practices with all the aforementioned issues I noted.

Was quite a let-down overall considering its quite more pricey than other competitors and they failed to deliver the same experience I get and expect from Texas Chicken in its main outlet of countries. Rather disappointing and underwhelming, to say the least.

Considering the competition with better menu options, quality, prices and service, I wouldn't be eager to come back to this one til they start making such corrections to the points mentioned above.

Texas Chicken in Lahore and rest of Pakistan really needs to fix these things and up their game in the vast mix of competition for fried chicken places.

The wraps are the best in town and so is their chicken, must try highly recommended.

Texas chicken 🐔 is delicious fried one. Its succulent and the coat is light and Crispy. The portion size is good in chicken piece. Honey butter biscuits are scrumptious and not to be missed.

Positives first : good friendly staff, its a fine alternative to KFC/burger King as it offers more or same almost the same kind of items. My meal was prepped in less than 10 minutes as the staff told it would so i liked that. Plus got drink and fries alongside too, there wasn't any cost of make it a meal. There's wraps, fried chicken, burgers and ice creams

I tried the double classic burger, didn't find it too good like taste wise it was simply double kfc burger patties over two small buns, like at least not worth the price.
Would rate it 6 or 7 out of 10.
However will probably order again something else from the menu.
