Park is fun for kids. The adults have benches to sit on. You can feed the ducks and geese and even the turtles.
Took the grand baby. She had a blast on the swing and the slide. Lots of ducks, geese, turtles and a surprise nutri. Good time had by all.
Fun day at the park with the boys. Not too crowded, and a lot of things for the kids to do. We saw a few wild life animals there.
My grandkids love it here, there is always kids to play with and it is always clean, so I don't have to worry about them getting hurt and they like that I bring food that we can fed the ducks.
4 distinct play grounds that cater to the needs to varying ages of kids. I just loved that the nature was literally encompassing the whole park, and if you get lucky, a Nutria family may come and holler at you
I loved going to this park as a child and both of my girls love it too! Decent variety of playground equipment for children's entertainment, as well as a flock of hungry ducks to feed and you might even see a nutrirat or two.
I grew up going to this park it's sad to say nothing has changed except for the walking path it has some art on it. Two of the slides have large cracks in it I'm sure they are sharp enough to cut a child going down the slide. It is sad they would put money towards the path and not the equipment children are on.
This is a nice little park for the kids. The city needs to cut some trees from around the bank for better viewing. The upper end of the pond could stand to be dredged some, it's getting over grown. But it's pretty.
