First time here since my car was in for service at the GMC dealership. Walk in for breakfast. Staff were quick and got my order correctly. Food was up to burger status. The atmosphere however was very nice. Place is spotless and tidy.
I recommend Burger King just avoid this location.
I ordered twice from this location on separate occasions one time in store another was a drive through ( 2 whoppers with CHEESE). Both of my orders were missing CHEESE for which I paid extra!
Staff is not paying any attention to the order. Cashiers are often their mobile phones.
It was so frustrating when I got home and found out my order was missing cheese, I drove back to store and asked for refund which they gave it to me eventually.
It was really shocking for me when I asked the manager for my receipt (reprint) to which she replied the system don’t have a receipt reprint option. Finally one of the staff member helped me with the receipt
Hopefully the so called manager learned something new today however I still doubt whether she will be able to remember how to reprint.

It was a nice place. It was pretty empty when i got there to eat my breakfast. It was a few older people in the lobby. People on their laptops 🧑💻. It was a decent environment. The food came out pretty quick and it was hot. Really nothing to complain or be excited about. It’s fine. Food was average. The customer service wasn’t anything to brag about. This was just one of those bland experiences.
Food quality and service has always been consistent at this location. No complaints. A lot of great deals ongoing, but my favorite is still Whopper Wednesday.

All the times I've come to this location, which isn't often, drive through is always quick and food is fresh. I've yet to receive stale fries/onion rings.
Whopper Wednesday is $7.99, with inflation the 2 whoppers had a price increase twice the last few months but it still tastes the same and I don't feel as if they compromised their quality.

After an exhilarating afternoon of rock climbing, we found ourselves at the Burger King in Richmond Hill around 4:30 PM. The ambiance was peaceful, with just a few patrons present, allowing us to order quickly. Utilizing our Burger King coupons, we snagged some excellent deals on family meals - a real bonus!
The service at this location was commendable; everyone was friendly and accommodating. The self-serve drink station was a hit, offering unlimited refills - a nice touch! Our food was fresh and tasty, though the fries could have used a bit more salt. That said, this minor detail didn’t detract from the overall quality of the meal.
One of the most noticeable aspects was the cleanliness of this restaurant, especially when compared to other downtown Burger King locations. The absence of homeless people inside and the well-maintained facilities added to a comfortable dining experience.

My hubby loves Burger King and crave for their burgers once in a while. This restaurant is conveniently located. It is quite big with nice comfy seats. I love the high ceiling and the fact that there are lots of window seats. I'm sure you'll love to sit by the window and enjoy a decent meal on a lovely sunny day. It's very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. The service was very fast. The burgers were juicy and yummy. The jalapeños cheddar cheese chicken nuggets were really tasty. Love that the onion rings and nuggets are not oily. The apple and strawberry turnovers were tasty, too! The best part is the price is very reasonable.
