Beautiful place to visit and you can enjoy a good hike as well
It’s a nice place. Most of the other people went with their friends and family and enjoying their time with bbq and swimming also playing. It’s good. Therefore, trail tracking will be very good also at a same time there were a alternative road over the trail.
We went on a Wednesday, so there was ample parking. The reservation system was easy to use. It's a beautiful place to paddle!
Buntzen Lake Suspension Bridge is located on North Beach. The new bridge that opened on April 28, 2023 looks safer and stronger. You can go there by boat or hike. Both of them take time, but the view is pretty awesome.
The bridge was closed for maintenance so we just hiked the west side in the pouring rain. Still beautiful! Loved the entire hike.
A very looong walk around the lake. Beautiful scenery along the way. Bear warning signs but no bear seen. Make sure to bring lots of water during the hot days!
