Unfortunately, the female "manager" isn't clear with the company's 😕 enrollment process, availability, and lies. Unreliable for any accurate information.
We visited New York during Christmas and we wanted to learn baseball. We emailed the empire baseball company and they replied straight away.We went for practice and all the coaches were very friendly, professional and helpful.
Both of my kids learned how to hit the ball after 30mins of coaching and they had an amazing time. Thoroughly recommend and cannot thank them enough.

I have to say we are really disappointed in this program overall, having other children who have participated in many programs(Manhattan youth, Spartan/Titan, Yorkville, Bluebird, Sluggers, West Side, Team Steel, Bulldog, Phenoms, Baseball center) over the past 15 years, this is by far the weakest and least productive for young players to generate skills and understand the game. Honestly this program creates bad habits, does nothing to enforce baseball knowledge and does little to create a fair and open environment. While I can overlook the false representations that they have "field permits" we were not once provided play on Randall's island, and sadly when asked about this the ownership chose to misrepresent their actual access to the fields, which is something the simply don't have. Fact they are not permit holders, as many are not, they simply try to "lease" these from other holders, but must just not have the relationships to do this, sad for the kids, no grass here. As to the coaching and overall supervision the experience was really a disappointment, the lack of engagement by staff, playing on a crowded public AstroTurf field uptown or be it midtown, overall the outfield is crowded with children, kids walk thru the games, mother spectators get hit in the face by errant balls( twice in fact) long story short, this group is amateur at best, we asked for a refund they offer a full refund, then decided to short us on that. As to the coaching staff, honestly it was hard to watch them ogle (wish reviews allowed for some photos to be added, its really sad to watch this) (don't want to embarrass them like that) young women in the park while the kids struggled to play ball with a "umpire" calling strikes 1 foot above the batters heads. Its important to teach the game, to be fair and to make the experience one of the premium price they command, this is at best a $30 per session kid event for the value, but they charge vastly more than that, in fact some games we played only 2 innings and the coaches just decided to drop in travel players, who's batting abilities were way beyond the rec kids and put the kids in danger, over all a disappointment and one I suggest you skip for your kids. Ownership by the way availed himself to speak in a very rude and unkind manner to a number of the mothers on the sidelines, and honestly is just a thug. Best guidance here is just to avoid this program, for quality, integrity and sportsmanship, I can suggest Bulldog as the best we have worked with and might leave that here for those looking to develop great sports(kids) in a structured instructionally based program that's honest, organized, friendly and and best of all, actually plays on the grass! Just take this from a parent who was eager to try a new program suggested by a kids friends parent, but was totally disappointed by not only the field coaches, but the ownership and the organization overall.
Pros: the coaches are great and there seems to a genuine focus on the kids. We came from another organization that often needed to cancel games or practices due to inclement weather. This is not the case here.
Cons: Jordan Baltimore. The man who built the empire is incapable of managing his organization. Phone calls go unanswered. Emails go unanswered. Promised follow ups and plans never arrive. Coaches will give information only to be undermined by JB himself. This is also the only organization I have seen that allows/encourages TRAVEL PLAYERS TO PLAY ON REC LEAGUES. This is an outrageous disservice to all families whose children are playing at the recreational level and speaks volumes about Empire’s priorities. Simply put: if your child is not playing travel by late elementary school this organization will make sure he never does. And playing travel has less to do with your child’s ability than your ability to connect with JB.

My son, has blossomed in this program. He started playing baseball to be with friends who loved the sport. Now he is a fanatic and can now play ball. The coaches are top notch, know their game, and are always super supportive. I don't think he would have stuck with it, if it weren't for the coaches!
Great coaching! The kids learn so much!
Love Empire Baseball. These guys are great teachers and coaches. Highly recommended.
