I'm not sure why most of the drivers are down right nasty but my spouse was getting off of the bus to retrieve his luggage from under the bus The operator came down from off of the bus had his arms folded and started yelling at my spouse saying that he needed to tell him that he needed to get the luggage from underneath the bus he needs to hurry up and go.
By the way I am an operator from out of the Hilton garage and this is not how we treat our customers.

The Howell garage is great and it's training skills course is awesome I loved it. Can't wait to take my road test there and pass it and become a bus operator. It was a awesome experience.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Their drivers SUCK😡🤬. They do whatever they want on the road and almost hit you, cut you off, tailgate and they don't care. If NJ transit hits my new car. They WILL have a serious problem. They are reckless drivers and don't belong on the road.
