Nice coffee ☕️ and tea 🍵 place..mainly tea for me and my family. Biscuits and sweets are not my favorite there but it's good..
Location is amazing near the indoor waterfall but sometimes it's busy when a lot of tourists take pictures 📸...

Exquisite tea selection from world class providers with quality I found in commercial retailers. Service is amazing situated Infront of waterfall fountain in Dubai mail
Very close to the dubai fountain which makes it a scene to see, the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view of the fountain makes it exciting and interesting.

Very enjoyable tea with scones across from the waterfall in the Dubai Mall. The tea I ordered, French Earl Grey, was lovely, and this along with elegant service and a view of the waterfall was a relaxing break at this very busy shopping mall.
Amazing atmosphere and outstanding service…
Thanks to , Joy, she was friendly and very nice … her service was outstanding
Best tea ever …

Every time I come across a TWG shop during my travels, I always have to pay a visit and stock up.
The location at the Dubai Mall is perfect next to their indoor waterfall, and the service as usual is top tier. Staff were very knowledgeable sharing suggestions and information about various teas. Also ended up breaking the bank a bit purchasing their giant tins that I collect.
Totally worth visiting, and building a collection of their tins if you can ;)

I visited the TWG Tea at Dubai Mall last week. The venue is gorgeous with a wide variety of premium teas. I tried their signature black tea and cold tea and it was amazing. Their new takeaway tea is beautiful and the packaging is elegant. Definitely will visit soon to try the food and more variety of tea. The service is top notch.
