Famous Footwear Outlet

The people who work there...very helpful
Got my son school shoes there
Lots of different styles and usually pretty good prices and deals like buy 1 get 1 half off
I like that they try to keep the aisles clean because alot of people just throw shoe boxes on the floor

So I went to famous footwear in sparks Nevada today 7/19/24 because I seen there commercial that said they were having a bogo sell, picked myself up a pair of 94$ Nikes and thought well the commercial showed Nikes so I will get my husband a pair of shoes at 1/2 off, got up to the register were the cashier was very rude and proceeded to tell me my shoes didn’t qualify for the bogo sell, so I told her fine then take these back. She was not friendly and very rude. Needless to say, your commercials need to specify what qualifies for the bogo sell, very disappointing and will not return.

So I just walked into this place with my 8yr old son got no greeting from anyone never got asked if I need any help me and my son finally pick a pair of shoes for him as we walked to the counter to pay for them the store manager or owner was berating a younger female employee asking her why is there a mess on the counter and so fourth and what she said next floored me to the max and made me and my 8yr old son extremely uncomfortable the younger employee said something sarcastic and the manger or owner whatever she was looked at her with a angry tone and said and I quote “God I Just Want To Punch You Right Now “ my son looked at me with a concerned look and said Dad why did she just threat in to hit her as soon as I heard it I said I think I will be going somewhere else now and the Manger or Owner whatever she is looked up and laughed at me and I then stated you don’t threaten to hit anyone and I’m gonna make sure everyone knows about this I just got off the phone with corporate and I can say this they were not happy about it at all and said the would investigate this issue and it’s serious because a employee or representative of this company threatened another co- worker and to top it off it was done in front of a customer and child as I was leaving the store the Employee said I was just playing and joking with her even though the other employee didn’t look happy about it

Fairly small so the selection is limited. Most sizes were available for try on which was helpful. I went there specifically to try on Doc Martens and was able to do so.

We went looking for a pair of school shoes for my grandson. They had a good selection of shoes. The prices were pretty good. They were having a sale of buying one and getting the second pair half off. So I got me a pair also. The only thing that took so long was checking out. The store was kinda busy, but there were 3 cashiers and it still took 20 minutes to check out.

They had a decent selection. But nothing I considered useful. I was looking for tennis shoes that weren't made of mesh because I walk in weather. But everything was mesh. Except the normal "dad" new balance. Maybe try to appeal to some more people?

Found a pair of boots in my size and fit my calves. Great prices. Check out clearance rack as well

Great selection of footwear for a fantastic price. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. A found a pair of boots I absolutely loved but unfortunately they were out of stock. The employee ordered me a pair and had them shipped to the house. Which was absolutely fantastic. Beyond thankful. Staff was also very friendly to my children. 👍👍.
