Had a fun day with lots going on. On an ordinary day the field is good for picnics and children to play their own games. The playground is good with a sandpit.

Lovely green space in N4 - the community is using it for woman football, yoga , tai-chi, kids cricket, running, exercise, local schools use this for their outdoor sport day. During lockdown it was used by everyone to enjoy some green space with picnic and kids playing in the field.

We arrived late afternoon and spent some time watching schoolboys taking football practice. There had been heavy rain overnight and the ground was still in good condition and seems to be well maintained. The surrounds are also well cared for with numerous seating places with views over the park area.

Could do with the lawn mown. Very long grass in the outfield and doesn't seem to be cut that regularly. Sawdust should be provided for cricket when it's wet too, as we had a bowler slip over a few times running up yesterday. Also, the pavilion should be opened to teams when games are on and renovated; in a pretty rundown condition. Otherwise a good location to play cricket.

Great. Basic cricket net, and pitch. Astro ( nulon grass) strip. Net needs some fixing. Regular cricket matches across season.

I had an appointment nearby, had some time to kill, so stopped here first to check my emails. Sat on a bench in the sun (cold, frosty day) and relaxed. This is a lovely, calm place, you would not believe you were in London. Seek it out!
