5.0 “small” sea food restaurants in Old Havana. Everything is well prepared and delicious! We took octopus carpaccio, grilled seafood plate (lobster, shrimps and part of red snapper) & grilled lobster (same in seafood plate). Prices are affordable in usd/eur 1:1 :-) and in pesos are per market price :-)
Great food comes with nice dressing. Great service that you can expect at standard western restaurant. However, it is a bit shame that we found a really soaked fly (the body is ‘soft’) in the guava dessert at the end. Report to the waiters, and the solution is to replace a new one, which we really don’t have the appetite to have. Anyway, we paid full price (inc. dessert), so good restaurant but still room to improve.
I had the lobster with yucca and dinner salad. All were good. Excellent texture, moist & flavorful on the lobster. Also, restaurant is cozy & well-decorated with good lighting, etc. Even the plates and utensils are fancy. The staff here is particularly professional. Luna provides great service and speaks English, French & Spanish.
One of my favorite restaurants in La Habana. Beautiful place and great food, on a very nice street tucked away in Vieja. Recommend this spot 100%, and I never miss the opportunity to go there when in Habana.
We loved the mixed seafood grill and also the (fried) pork chunks. Both wonderful with the dark rice and beans. Many other great options on menu, but some take a long time to prepare. For example BBQ chicken takes a long time. They care about quality and flavour. The best overall food experience we had in Havana. Very pleasant service and atmosphere.
Famous place, well reviewed. Just behind the more crowded touristy area. The cocktails were very good (Pina Colada & Margarita 5*). The food is good but unfortunately nothing too special. It’s the little details which makes the difference and the bloke sleeping behind the counter with his mouth wide open didn’t added to the atmosphere unfortunately.
After one week in Havana I have downgraded this review to 3* as I’m now able to compare with other dining experience. Definitely overpriced for the small portions of food they serve.

If you love seafood you have to try the lobster here. It’s the best in Havana. The seafood soup was excellent too. Waitress Jenny speaks perfect English which made our communication seamless. Good choices of drinks. The staff were outstanding. Services were excellent. Highly recommend.
