I have been coming to Comprehensive Care Practice since 2011. I have had three different doctors and I loved all three of them unfortunately every one of them moved so every time that happened I was very upset and worried I wouldn't have another good doctor but I really lucked out and every time one of my doctors moved and I got another doctor that doctor turned out to be wonderful. The nurses there are absolute angels and so kind and patient with you and the secretaries their angels as well and the environment there is just very welcoming friendly and they really want to help you! I actually haven't been to see a doctor there since my last doctor moved and I just recently called and set up an appointment but I wasn't able to make it so I have to reschedule but now I'm going to be seeing a CRNP Tyler Cornell and I am looking forward to meeting him and hoping that he is just as good as Dr. Accurso, Dr. Gaddy and Dr. Stern was to me! Comprehensive Care Practice saved my life in 2011 and have ALWAYS been so good to me and have always done everything they can to make sure I had what I needed!!! If you're looking for a doctor's office I highly recommend this place!!!
Dr Ratner is excellent at what she does and how she treats me. The outside staff can be very rude, ignorant and just awful! They don't know how to talk to people. No phone manners they are so bad. They act like they don't want to be there. For heavens sake if you don't know how to work with people YOU SHOULDN'T WORK WITH PEOPLE ESPECIALLY SICK PEOPLE! Forget about going to patient experience they never answer their phone or call you back. While on hold the recording says "Here at J H Bayview we pride ourselves on treating people caring, respect and nurturing they deserve" yes if you get the right doctor but forget the staff doing it. It really is a shame that a once excellent hospital has turned into a shell of what it used to be. As I said the Doctors here are great but you have to go through a total mind bashing when you sign in and out. Pathetic. The one star is for the Doctors they are the stars. Get rid of the ignorant staff you get 5 stars.

Good experience here for a general doctor’s appointment. The MyChart app made it extra easy to do all of the paperwork and stuff ahead of time. It’s pretty empty in there and the staff are quick. I had to get blood drawn and that was also a quick and easy process. The doctor walks you through everything to make sure you understand and he answers any questions. They validate parking if you say you need it on the way out. There’s a couple parking lots. Make sure you go into the correct building because there are a ton of buildings in the area.
Very bad experience. The lady at front desk was rude and ill informed. I was here for my annual health check up which is supposed to free under the preventive care. The lady kept on insisting I would be charged. I have had annual health check at Hopkins before and this is the only branch that charges you. 1I donot understand why this particular branch at Hopkins charges you for your annual well check up whereas none of the other Hopkins site does as the insurance policy states annual well checkup and annual gynae and obs visits are free.
It would be helpful when a person at the front desk could answer a patients query and tend to their concerns rather than being useless. I asked her to forward me to or yive a number from someone who could help and she couldn't care less. Very disappointed by the service.

This is by far one of the best practices in Baltimore! Staff & Dr's are phenomenal in all areas! I have & still continue to recommend this as a fantastic option for friends & family who need a PCP. Dr Martin has been an amazing, caring hardworking physician to me for over 13 years!

I have been going here for one year. There is one nurse that just has you wait for no reason. Constantly talking on a personal level with others instead of taking care of patients first. If you have to wait longer for a urine cup then your doctors visit there is a problem. And attitude if you ask her when you will be able to get a cup and use the bathroom.
Overall I do love the clerical staff, my primary doctor and the other nurses. Just the head nurse of urine cups is problem, my opinion. "you think it's a control thing"😗

ONLY GOOD IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET OFF OPIATES AND NEED SUBOXONE!!! If you don't need suboxone like me then beware you are better off going else where. My Dr moved out of state and they told me I had to wait until they find him a replacement sometime in August before i can get an appointment. Sorry nothing we can do is all they kept saying. I told them i felt sick and not my normal self and they just didn't care. So i had to change my primary doctor just to avoid sitting hours in the ER which is what the head nurse in charge told me to do and then tried to lie and say she did not. Just awful they truly don't care about their patients health.
