This is a pretty cool place. Never seen the music band but beer is good and they have farm animals and vegetables. Kids will enjoy while you drink a local beer. Not a whole day experience, maybe an hour or so.

Animals were great!! A very fun way to spend a Saturday. Not expensive. They have a neat little farmers market area and playground for little kids.

Small family farm with animals in pens and fish in the pond for the kids to feed. The kids enjoyed dropping fish food in the pond and giving carrot sticks to the goats, donkeys, and baby bison. They also have a produce stand and sandwich shop as well under cover. It's a fun experience and does not cost much (for cups of animal food). A great way to spend the morning with the kids. We want to come back later for beers at the on-site outdoor brewery. It wasn't open during this visit.

If you’re coming for the animals, it’s worth it. This family has created something very magical with their property and decided to share it with everyone. They have cows, goats, donkeys, horses that graze in a big field, new chickens coming, turtles, koi fish, different fish, and geese! $1 per cup of food to feed and this is totally reasonable. I ended up buying 5 of each. Fish food & veggies for cattle.

We absolutely loved Southern Fresh Farms! There is something for the entire family to enjoy here. We took the kids to the play Park, they love the horse saddle swing the most. At the session stand we picked up some vegetables to feed the animals, we took a walk past all the growing fruits and vegetables down the way to see the baby cow, donkey, goats, chickens. My kids loved feeding and petting the cow, donkey, and goats. They have an old fashioned hand washing station down there. After that we went down to the pond that has ducks, other wild birds, and fish. Don't forget to get your fish pellets at the session stands and you can feed the fish, my kids enjoyed watching them come to the surface to eat. They also have fruits, vegetables, fish, honey and other seasonal items for sale at the session area. What a refreshing place to take my family to enjoy the fruits of nature.

This farm has changed so much since the time we have visited the farm for the first time. They have built additional open barns with picnic tables, so there is plenty of sitting areas. They have live bands, local beer, food vendors and various types of festivals depending on the season. They still have the petting zoo. Their new addition is a baby buffalo. Other animals include fish, ducks, turtles, bulls, donkey, chicken, goats, horses and turkey. The place is always filled with people. It”s a very pleasant atmosphere. The only thing I miss is fresh fruits and vegetables from their own farm. They have a small selection for sale, but it’s not the same as it used be. Restrooms and wash stations are offered on site. Playground for the kids as well. It’s rather accessible for the handicapped as well.

If there was only a 10 star option. What a fantastic place to bring your child or to just have a moment of peace, I love this farm, from feeding the fish off of the dock to hand feeding the farm animals this is an awesome experience. A good place to appreciate nature and horticulture, I had my son's birthday here and we had an amazing time, all of the staff is super friendly and make you feel at home. Awesome events. Thank you guys for helping make my little one's birthday so special.
