Manager Jonathan Chestnut was unprofessional and discriminates against coupon use at this Publix. Do not use this store if you plan on using coupons. What a shame this store would allow such a waste of a good management position on someone so undeserving.
One of the best Publix ever. When we entered they greeted us with a good morning. The young lady at the backery was very friendly and the lady at the register/cashier was very friendly too. Very kind staff. We were very impressed, and when we will drive from Florida back to Atlanta, we sure stop here again.
I love this place, it's super clean and there's always an employee ready to help if I need any, and they check me out at the register
The staff is always kind. Always well stocked. The deli is great but the pharmacy has been slower than usual lately.
I had ordered a Cuban pastry platter online only to receive a phone call 2 Days later on the morning of the event telling me that they no longer sell that platter and they would substitute it with the smaller turnovers which I accepted. The Cuban platter I had ordered was pastries with cheese, guava with cheese and guava. I did not pick up the order my daughter did when she brought me the platter I noticed that there were guava with cheese, Cherry with cheese, strawberry with cheese and apple. When I call to complain the bakery manager told me that the other worker did the best she could which she didn't she just gave me what she wanted because common sense would have been to give me all of them guava and cheese cheese.and would credit me for the Apple ones that nobody liked but I had to bring them back which I did. When I complain to customer service about how rude the bakery manager was to me she just smiled and brushed it off on top of that the store manager was right there listening and didn't even do nothing as well. I was highly disappointed in their service. Because they could have just gave me guava and cheese and I would have been happy with that.
I love Publix stores. Fresh produce, friendly staff. Best grocery chain ever! Bakery, delicious is all splendid. Pay a little more, worth it!
My shopping experience here was very pleasant. The store is clean, well organized, and I always enjoy shopping here. Good location to where I live.
Supermarket excellence. It was a lovely layout. Lovely staff. This chain is quite nice, and the market is well stocked from soup to nuts, to wines and spirits. I even discovered white strawberries! Publix is everything and a bowl 🍒 🍒 🍒 . It would be great if we had this chain up north as in the NYC & North Jersey Tri-state area.
