The theater is great venue for concerts definitely.. went to NKOTB Magic Summer and had a great time!!! seating is good no matter where because of the huge tv movie screens everywhere..they offer merchandise, food and beverages.. very easy to get to seats and staff was very friendly and attentive… would recommend getting dropped off because traffic was not good ( but thats with any event)
Went to the Blink-182 show on 7/24/24. The inside seats are amazing. Had a great view of the band! Seats are pitched up so you can see above the people in front of you. Staff were helpful.
We drove here from Eastern MA, when we found the ticket prices in Boston were 3x more for Blink 182. I loved the amount of merch/food/beer vendors. I never had to wait more than 3 mins. The food trucks were great too!! Plenty of seating and bathrooms. Very clean and everyone was so nice.
Parking was free, but atrocious getting out, but hey... it was a great night with great music. We'll be back. 🤘🏼

I went to the Xfinity Theatre for the first time on June 29th to see Janet Jackson. It was a great show. It was a very nice venue. I really liked the setup of it and how spacious it was. I came back a week later on July 6th for an Alanis Morissette concert. I had a great experience. Again very spacious place and very nice venue. Far drive but that’s okay. Would definitely come again.
Janet Jackson concert, babee! It was organized, rented chairs were comfy, and there were plenty of things to walk around and sew to occupy yourself with until show time.
Cons: You HAD to rent one of their
chairs for ten bucks, and drinks were costlyyyy! Yes! The lawn was nice as far as having three large screens to look at, but there's a nice little incline that you have to walk up. This is not an ideal setting if you are in a wheelchair or if you have some type of physical ability issue.

I have seen a lot of concerts in a lot of venues and this is one of the worst I've experienced.
Despite there being visible speakers mounted on the outside of the theater, no music was audible unless you were in front of the stage. We missed the entire first act because we were trying to find food.
The food situation was awful. The wait times were ridicously long at almost every food truck. Non-alcoholic beverages were difficult to find. I will give them kudos for having free water stations available to refill whatever container you had.
I try to notice accessibility, although I do not currently have a physical disability and I didn't like what I saw. There were incredibly steep inclines that didn't make a lot of sense and just made the streets more hazardous than necessary. I don't think someone in a wheelchair or on crutches could get onto the lawn, at least not easily. My friend also pointed out the lack of an ASL interpreter, which may have been more to do with the tour, but still. Not an accessible place.
Smoking is allowed as long as you're outside, which is great for smokers and awful for the rest of us.
But the production value was good. The sound was good. The screens were well placed and easy to see. They held a decent concert. Its just a very unfriendly venue.

Awesome concert experience. Saw Joan Jett and the Heartbreakers open for Alanis Morrissette. Place was packed, including on the burm. Had seats a few rows from the stage and it was electric. Venue was fantastic with more than enough concession stand and bathroom. Offsite parking was a breeze and within a few blocks.
$60 dollar parking only to get out and deal with a complete unsupervised traffic free for all. The venue has great views and sound. The seats in the lower pavilion at not comfortable. #backbreaker
Ampitheaters are one of my least favorite types of venues, but this one is a lot better than some others I've been to. It's better organized, way more sterile and easy to get in and out of than Mansfield or Boston.
Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg are officially off the bucket list! We had a blast at this show. I am incredibly excited about the funding to help this place upgrade its amenities soon. It's still an excellent venue for performances in CT!
By far the best concert i been too. 50 cent Busta Rhymes and Jeremiah I've never seen the place so packed they definitely could use more signs for parking I'll definitely be showing up early next time there's somebody this big coming
Had a great time here seeing EnVogue, TLC and Shaggy. It's safe and well organized with helpful staff. They have food and drinks. Pay for parking in advance, you won't regret it.
I love going to concerts here! I have been going for years! The lawn isn't the same anymore though! Too many drunk young kids! Next time I will be getting seats in the Pavilion. Jason Aldean puts on an amazing show!!
Love going to shows, I've been to 3 shows in the last 10 days, and I'm going again this coming Thursday to the xfinity in mass. I'll be back 1000 times, I'm sure. The audio quality just kinda sucks now, though. If it wasn't for the terrible audio sound at multiple concerts, this would be a 4 or almost 5 star review. Just because we "expect to be abused" doesn't mean you need to charge the absurd prices for food.
Posty was Amazing! And box seats are life!! I'm a short woman and it's hard to see above people's head ..my seats gave direct view of the stage w no obstacles...However let's talk about parking..No Bueno! I didn't see any numbers or letters on the parking lots that I could identify so when it came time to be let out of the show, I was lost and disoriented...After walking about a mile in the wrong direction, I asked 2 men in a golf cart..They led me in the right direction with very little info from me that I could give them..It's udder chaos and confusion with the parking....Otherwise everything was good...The entertainment was what I went for..
