Residential area with a few storefronts.. Clean spacious urban sit down place..

I went there and got my haircut it was a nice place and busy on usual for me to go outside of my comfort zone but I'm not used to the downtown different environment very busy college student place but if you're used to college kids and fast environment great place for you to go go look around lots of stories up their great to window shop or spend a lot of money some cheap things up there I have been up there and shopped before I have got a lot of things up there some a lot of stores great environment made a lot of interesting nice people the stars are terrific so try it out

Went to Aveda for my granddaughter to practice on me. Convenient underground parking and fairly easy to get to. Expensive, as everything seems to be in downtown Madison.

The parking rate here has been jumped to $10 an hour! That rate is insane in Madison. They also do not let you leave for less than $5 if you pull in and turn around to leave. So best to completely avoid this ramp unless you have literally no other option, since this is a massive scam.

Lol...I walked by it on my way to the ATM machine in the hallway, but my past experiences at this Walgreens has always been positive, including getting a blood pressure reading, and picking up prescriptions.

This building is huge so you cant miss it from anywhere in Madison.
Some stores located in this ground floor and Buffalo Wild Wing is awesome store to enjoy wings and beers watching sports game.

Produce Market, and many others that you can access through the street level or from the underground parking garage, that also offers monthly parking for rent.
The garage is large and bright, the elevators for the businesses are clean and well taken care of, the businesses inside are very proud of their location, with happy smiling faces willing and able to help you in a quick and timely manner, so that you get what you need and can continue with your day.
It is near the heart of the UW@Madison campus and can be easily reached by foot from a number of campus locations, bus, or car with limited outside parking. There is a municipal parking lot across from the Lucky Building if you choose not to use the temperature controled underground parking within the building.
