Staff impolite; they act like everything they have to do is such a hassle.

Went here for information about hosting a party. The place is a little expensive but nice. I wish they would consider having events for the Hampshire community at the "community" center. Hopefully in the future they will try to listen to more of the request of owners who pay there fees and people who want to have events for the best interest of the community. Overall nice location if you can afford all the requirements.
Beautiful family homes with great views, trails, playgrounds, wildlife and more. Each home offers generous bedrooms, living spaces and fenced in yard perfect for small children and pets. The mammal park is loaded with fun stuff for kids to do, with toddler and big kids playgrounds and a boat. Every month there are community activities that help people get to know their neighbors. The trails and roads are well lit and there are sidewalks on the main roads. There is even a community library! It's safe to say that this is a wonderful community for people of all ages and walks of life to live and enjoy.
The neighbor is a little older but nice and quiet. The lady who works the desk in the front is very condescending towards my wife. She has been like that in several occasion.
