All I have to say thank you

Been getting free groceries here for months, but today was not good. Now the guy is giving out number and I felt like it was not organized. Left without getting food. Not really worth making the trip miles away for some vegetables and protein.

Bummer you have to keep people in the community from getting food that they need. Not the first time though. People who want to interfere with hunger are the worst.

Very good place to help people in need am very grateful for the help when mostly needed!!

They give out good food but they are located at Troop Ave and Kosciusko

I have been to several food pantries but Golden Harvest Food Pantry is exceptional. Signing up is simple. It is suggested that you provide an ID if asked for one. I signed a simple sign in sheet and claimed myself as one adult. There are is a lot families and for senior citizens 65+. You wait in a very short line that moves quickly.
A staff member assists in moving you along the process. You are given a big barrel, half filled with an abundance of food. They urge you to quickly take the food out of the barrel
so they can promptly reuse it. There are two or three hefty bags of wrapped food items. I suggest that you bring a wheeled grocery cart or a suitcase with wheels to transfer the groceries. The food choices are very good. Nutritious and plentiful. Arrive close to opening time: 10am. The procedure is quick. You are allowed to come every Tuesday and Thursday. To my knowledge, there are no restrictions. A great place to get your essentials. I highly recommend it.
