Great view of the water with a few different restaurant options at the doc level (pizza and American) and a level higher (Mexican and Italian) and ice cream.

The Petalpalooza festival was nice and it was free. The only downside is the parking since I only found street parking and that is for only 2 hours so you have to move your car every 2 hours

Came in mid March right after sunset. There was not much to do around that time of year but it looks like it would be a lively spot when the when is warmer.

Great scenery and plenty of space to dine or grab friends and sit outside. The waterfront it so peaceful and there's plenty new attractions in 2022.

The pier wraps around the area and gives a cool breeze as you bask in the sun. From ice cream to the winery, to Nationals Stadium, the Yards provides a lovely, diverse experience.
