Never got to see inside as no one is answering the phone and calling back when messages left multiple times.
Great location in Frisco and wonderful staff. The space is plentiful for big groups. The food is really exceptional, not normal hotel fare. This property can easily handle 1000 ppl. for meetings and dinner, etc. Check them out.
Generally tends to be a good experience when we attend events here. Just wish they had better food options on site.
Went for an event and the venue was nice and had a lot of space. However the drinks were super expensive. $9 for a bottle of beer was a little excessive. Especially if it was not at a major sporting event or concert.
Garbage... The parking garage was out of order and had to pay the maximum fee for 3 hr stay. Horribly ran if you have one job to maintain your machine because you don't pay people to operate.
The Embassy Suites in Frisco is a beautiful hotel near Stonebriar Mall. We went there for a conference and the conference rooms were huge and very accommodating. The restrooms in the huge long hallways were always clean and nice. We didn't stay overnight in this hotel for our 3 day conference we were attending since we're only lived 20 min away, but those that did said they loved their hotel experience and especially the delicious free breakfast. Hope to go to more conferences there!!!
The conference was great! I really enjoyed every minute of the conference and activities we did. The special guests speakers wore excellent. A special thanks to all of the employees and owners of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious but... the lunch they gave us was the best. Very elegant and well organized 😉. Great flavor in every course meal. The rooms at the hotel wore good.
Very clean and executive. Great breakfast service! Happy hour 1700-2100(may change).
