Took my husband Tonight for his birthday, I had reserved a table for two for 18:30 about 3 weeks ago. I phoned the restaurant at 18:20 to tell them that I was stuck in traffic and my ETA was 18:40, I arrived at the restaurant at around 18:42 but apparently the guy who received my call thought that I had said 20:00🙄 due to that we were given a table that wasn't set up properly,no flowers nothing. I had several waiters at my table whom I notified that it was a special occasion as we were celebrating hubby's birthday but to my surprise I had to remind our waiter when I was paying my bill to please give my husband the complimentary birthday dessert they usually offer ( anyway this is why I rated the service a 2, PLEASE DO BETTER GUYS!!! )
Anyway service aside, Hubby and I absolutely loved the food and the drinks as well.

We recently dined at Kream and had an overall enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their attentiveness at the beginning of our meal was noteworthy, with prompt service and thoughtful gestures like complimentary bread and butters to start.
The food was delicious, with a wide variety of menu options that showcased great attention to detail, especially in the plating and flavour combinations. A special mention goes to the manager, who checked in on us multiple times and had remembered my wife’s nut allergy, which I had mentioned during the booking process. This level of care was much appreciated.
However, as the restaurant filled up during rush hour, the service began to wane a bit. While we understand that restaurants get busy, the contrast in service from the beginning of our meal was stark. After our main course, it took quite a while for our plates to be cleared, and when we were ready to settle the bill, finding a waiter able to assist was challenging. This dip in attentiveness was disappointing, especially after the excellent service we received initially.
Overall, Kream offers a great dining experience with delicious food and a warm atmosphere. We hope that in the future, they can maintain consistent service throughout the evening, even during peak hours on a Saturday evening.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with lunch at Kream, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at reception by a friendly staff member whose warm smile and kind demeanor immediately made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but his hospitality set the tone for a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and our lovely waitress, Lindiwe, was exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I felt special on my special day. The atmosphere was also lovely, creating a perfect ambiance for a birthday celebration. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and can't wait to return. Thank you, Lindiwe and Kream, for making my birthday so incredibly memorable!
Make sure to book before hand. Very welcoming stuff, they directed us where to dine 5/5. We were immediately given a complementary water before we ordered 5/5. We ordered our starters, crocodile strips for me 5/5 and beef tat-a for her 3/5 she has had it better somewhere. Where given pallet cleanser just before our main 5/5. Sirloin with veggies for me 4/5 (didn’t like the veggies)and sirloin with mushrooms sauce for her 5/5. Overall recommendation for this place is 4/5
Best fine dining restaurant I've been to. My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was amazing. Food was spectacular service was great, atmosphere was so nice. There was a beautiful romantic table setting and it was a lovely evening. Definitely going back.
Absolutely love this place. Food was good. Portion size not so great we had the lunch special. Excellent service we had. For our birthday they gave a plated cake which was nice. Quite busy restaurant so recommend booking. Great for special occasions
It was hubby's birthday, and we went through for lunch. They have a lovely Monday special menu. I had the chicken burger from the lunch special, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was so flavourful. It was accompanied by skinny fries and amazing onion rings. Hubby had the lamb chops, which he also enjoyed. That was served with baby potatoes and braised spinach. That was from the normal menu. We also had a complimentary birthday treat with a printed photo. The ambiance and lighting inside were very classy. The waiter was very friendly.
I don’t know why you’ve got so low rating, if I had a chance I would give you 10 stars!
