As always it was an amazing evening. It was my mother in laws birthday. Washie was our waiter and as always he was amazing. We always ask for him. He always knows what we want and remember what we like... He is great and gives us personal attention. He is an asset to Spur New Market. We really luv him.

Lovely Spur in New Market, Alberton. Very nice for kiddies as there is a huge jungle gym! It’s fantastic as it’s indoors and the kids are able to play and have fun regardless if it’s raining or freezing outside..

I had such a lovely waiter today, Simphiwe. His service was impeccable and he may my experience that more enjoyable.

The food was delicious. Service great. And atmosphere good.

I would recommend this Spur for kiddies parties.

I would also recommend this Spur for business lunch or getting together with friends for something to eat and a catch up.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. We were a very large group, and they did well to manage everyone's orders. The lady in the kids play area was outstanding, the kids ended up painting HER face, and she was so good with them.

What a nice addition to the spur franchise. I have 🚶‍♂️ walked past this spur for a while, eating at Panarotis Restaurant. Tonight we decided to eat here. What a great experience. The waiter 'Cindy' was great, helpful, and friendly. I had a small problem with the 'sangria' when Cindy called the manager 'Lebo' who attended to my concern. They sorted my problem out without any problem. My wife had a problem with her order but it was sorted out without any problem. The food was well prepared and presented. What a great visit and experience. We will see them soon.

We arrived for dinner quite early, around 6, and were shown to a table. My wife ordered the ¼ Chicken, pumpkin, baked potato and onion rings. I had the T-Bone with chips and onion rings. Food again arrived promptly, was hot, on hot plates. Very enjoyable 👍👍

10/10 Stars!!! Spur restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in decades ago, we were always welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The food is top notch, and the friendly managers ensure everything runs smoothly. My daughter practically grew up at the Spur. The kids play area is a blessing, and we feel completely at ease knowing it's a safe environment. My daughter and I now have made Spur our go to spot for our boardgaming nights, where we savor a delightful dinner while creating wonderful memories. A perfect dining experience every time! Firstly the play area for kids is really great, very spacious, my kids love it. The food was very fresh and tasty, chips were hot and fresh, staff were helpful and timeous.....overall a great experience, will go back to this spur branch.
