Such a rip off... Ordered a large sugar cane juice and the lady said $2 extra for no ice.. So ordered with ice, she filled 1/2 cup with ice, used a tiny cane for the juice, since the cup was not full, she topped it with more ice..there was just 3 sips of juice. When I showed her the cup which was 3/4th filled with ice, she said that's how we serve the juice... Keep ur profit margin but do not rip off our hard earned money like this...

I paid $7.20 for a small as cup of coconut mango sago. I knew it would be a red flag the moment I got it but it gets worse. I drink it and realize there’s no mango flavoring and then I remember mango isn’t in season. Now the worst bit is I realize there are actual mango parts inside. The furry parts of a mango seed. Absolutely minimal flesh but constant seed furs. The furs are all harden and stuff too so you know it’s old. Felt absolutely disrespected.

Paid nearly $9 for guava and watermelon probiotic smoothie plus lychee jelly topping.
Lychee jelly is still frozen it dosnt move up through straw. Why do they freeze the jelly? Are they left over jelly from days before?
I constantly buy drinks from Sharetea and like their coconut yoghurt smoothie with lychee jelly. I give this shop in Westpoint a chance to see if it is any good. No. I wont buy anything from them again. Pricey and poor quality. Disappointed.

This had to be the worst place that I have ever purchased bubble tea.
The pearls look as though they were old stock and re cooked turning the product into complete mush. The drink was undrinkable. The shop was not connected to head office for the membership loyalty card and the workers were less than hospitable. I would strongly urge anyone not to purchase from here as there is clearly no quality control and no pride in product or service.

It is a great shop who make perfect juicy drinks. I love the variety of choice of drinks they provide and the taste and healthy real fruit 🍹. Definitely recommend to everyone who loves healthy and tasty drinks!
