Wow! where to start with Loro Park. What an amazing experience. I'd recommend buying tickets in advance. Otherwise, you have to queue up twice. The park itself is well maintained, the animals are gorgeous and they are well looked after. The dolphin show is absolutely amazing, as well as the sea lion show. These alone are worth the money. These get quite busy. The parrot show is brilliant too. The whales are the ones to look out for, but be prepared to get absolutely soaking wet. We sat at the front and got drenched ( I wish I would have bought a poncho at 3 euros). They take your photo at the beginning, and you can purchase at the end for 9 euros. overall, it was a fantastic day, and my family and I loved it. The food is good quality and to be fair a decent price.

Always an amazing experience! Loro Park is a must see when in Tenerife. Well worth it, but show times could be quite tight. So Orcas first, then dolphins and just managed the last show of the sea lions and had time to wonder about the rest of the attractions.

Wonderful place to visit in Tenerife, 13500 mt2 with everything to make your day memorable. Dolphins and killer whales shows are great. The staff is incredible.
Is a modern zoo, with a lots of beautiful birds from around the world.
A place for all ages to enjoy.
Parking 7€ all day
Lot of places to eat or drink.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Me and my wife went to see the sea lion, ocra/killer whale and the dolphin show. Throughout each show a video plays which shows you all the work they put into caring foe the animals. Fantastic choice of cafes/restaurants scattered across the park too.

I will start by saying that there are indeed some moral questions regarding animals in zoos, especially big apes, big cats or dolphins. On the positive side they take care of some of their needs, food, health, on the negative side they are deprived of their wild environments. I will add that it is also hard to protect something you only see on TV, so hopefully it makes you a little more responsible if not involved.
Regarding the park itself, it looks meticulously arranged and the wide variety of life has left me in awe. From creatures living in a drop of water to alien looking ones, you get to see the astonishing and marvelous life which we are (still) sharing this planet with.

This was one of the worst experiences on Tenerife. I hoped for a big zoo park with a lot of space for the animals, that is kept in good conditions. Instead of this, I saw the smallest animal cages and territories. I hope to live the day when all these zoo parks that stress animals will be forbidden. Humans need to understand that the best way to enjoy the wild animals is by visiting their natural habitat, but not keeping them locked in small and stressful cages. Most of the animals looked very bored and stressed. Gorillas 🦍 lions 🦁 jaguars 🐆 tiger 🐅 lemurs, capibaras and many other poor stressed animals hidden away from the sight of people. This is the zoo you want to see and pay? I will never advice to anyone going there. The tickets costs 42 € and on the top of that they ask donations for food, medications etc. They transformed this park into a huge business. There were thousands of people roaming around only during a couple of hours. Enjoy the photos, if you can. For me personally was a very sad experience overall.

This place is amazing! They have such wonderful animals, all very well cared for. I love how their mission is to protect the animals and release them back into the wild when possible. The shows were well done, but also very informational. Almost everything was in both Spanish and English. I would love to go back again someday.

Really really really good zoo! Very clean, very well maintained and very well indicated. The staff is so helpful and kind and happy!

We asked a worker that was cleaning some glass wall what was indie and he said "I have the otter sleeping now, I will wake them up when I finish". It felt so heartwarming for the guy to talk about them like their own.

The shows were really entertaining and funny, and they always show how much research they do and how much we should take care of the environment, very educational for both young and old.

I regret not doing the private tours where they show you a lot more stuff about how they take good care of the animals, but there was just not enough time.

10/10 will come back again!

I went there today. I thought €42 was a bit expensive but once I arrived I was not disappointed. There is a lot to see and could easily take up a whole day. There are multiple shows throughout the day. Unfortunately I didn't get around to seeing any of them, but don't worry because just before you leave you can purchase a come back ticket for €13! Bargain. I bought my tickets online the day before so had no problem getting in, you can buy them on the day but the queue is massive for that. I would recommend getting there as early as possible because around 12-1pm they get extremely busy. I had to leave early because I couldn't deal with the amount of people there but that's a good thing! The environment is lovely, the staff are always smiling and there's many more different things to see than you'd get in a normal zoo. I'm well impressed, if I ever come on holiday to Tenerife again this will be a must visit on my list. There's plenty of places to sit and relax but they do fill up quickly around peak times. Here's a few of my favourite photos :) I would post more but I took over 200 there's that much to see!

There is so much to see- you can easily spend the whole day there. It was such an amazing experience - we loved every moment. There are multiple shows you can attend- we went to the dolphin and sea lion and both were amazing, so many emotions. There are also plenty of different places to eat and benches to take a rest, as well as some souvenir shops. We got the tickets online on the official website but you can also purchase them at the place. I would recommend getting there early as around lunchtime it gets very busy.

One of the best experiences I've ever had, the family loved it. I loved it. The staff here was amazing! I'm very grateful for their help, they were very helpful throughout which made the day even better. They were so helpful, especially to my wife who has a disability. I would definitely recommend this and I would definitely love to go back.

Best zoo I've been to! No matter that is quite small but it has so many things to offer! The price for entry is totally worth it, I saw the nicest expositions and the cleanest environment for animals. Shows were moderate and animal friendly, we gain so many new information in very nice way. I can definitely recommend the visit. Even food you can choose healthy or not so healthy options, buffet offers both.
