Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting behaviour from the staff. The lady who has red hair in the department store is extremely rude. Accusing me of not wanting to pay for an item they left off my receipt. Screaming across the counter in an attempt to embarrass me. When I clearly stated I’m here to purchase the item they left off. Then to have a manager who doesn’t speak English in an international airport. Maybe assist the customer that is running all the way from her gate to purchase the item that helps pay for the store and the staff. This policy of having a passport and boarding ticket for every single item is ridiculous. Will never purchase from this store again. No wonder their branches closed down in South Africa.

I purchased today shoes for my son. Size 6, US size. I have not seen my son for a month. So, my husband told his shoe size has changed from 6 to 7. I went back to the store couple hours later to change the size. The manager just kept pointing to the sign where it it says to refund. It felt like talking to a robot, who never make mistakes and does everything by rules. So disappointed by this experience. It used my favorite storeto be by

Really unfriendly staff, both male and female. I asked if there are other sizes available, the girl answered " ufffff" and called one guy. When he came, he saw that we are checking all trousers and taking them out of the shelf to check. He angrily took the trousers and said very rudely "no".
To the administration: if you want to sell your pruducts, you should teach good manners to your staff.
