!!! Achtung bei Tax Free !!!
Das Personal kennt sich mit dem deutschen Personalausweiß nicht aus und tippt ohne nachzufragen falsche Daten in das Tax-Free Dokument. Bei Hinweis auf den Fehler, war das Personal nicht fähig, den mit Falscheingaben gedruckten Beleg zu stornieren und neu zu erstellen.
Es wurde uns arrogant und gereizt geantwortet, es wird beim Zoll schon gehen, obwohl wir sagten dass es Probleme gibt. Ein Global Blue Büro hat uns bestätigt, dass die Angaben so nicht angenommen werden und man den Beleg einfach neu erstellen könnte.
Der Zoll hatte das fehlerhafte Dokument nicht anerkannt.
