These trails can take you to where you need to go. Having knowledge of this can enable you to become greater than you understand. These trails have loosely shaped my life and made me the man I am today.
This route is really good at lowering moral. Wish I could give it half a star.
This trail is great in terms of location, scenery and parking but I am one who doesn't like hills. There are hills all throughout and the trail markers are not marked properly.
We stayed ...well tried to stay on the yellow path.. which said 2.5 miles so we assumed 2.5 out then we'd loop around or something who say end of of trail turn back..... as I'm writing this I'm thinking maybe we were supposed to hit 2.5 then just turn back BUT IDK..... but as we kept running and got to about 2.86 miles we weren't sure if we had missed something or what, there was a fork but we assumed to keep left because right went into a random parking lot....so we chose to keep running instead of turning around. THEN we got to about 3 miles and some change and came to another fork with no signs and decided to go left again then we came to a tree blocking the road.. and that point we were 4.5 miles out and decided to just go back the way we came.
Trail is composed of packed and unpacked sand, rocks, dirt, and concrete. Not my ideal trail because when I'm running I prefer signs to be posted so I know where to go, I don't like trucking through sand, and the hills were a killer.
Wouldn't recommend doing this trail alone or in the dark but if your down for all that I've stated and just like to run on whatever I'd say go for it. If I was just walking I would probably give it 4 stars.
Must have access to post to run this trail.

Once you find the parking for this the trails are truly excellent for Fayetteville very easy on the knees
Theyre on Fort Bragg, quiet, different routes, I really like this area to run especially during pt hours.
Apparently this Trail is not open to civilians. My GPS took me down the All-American Highway to a non-existent entrance. My best guess is that it's on base
My son lives near Fort Brag, but when I go visit I like to find MT Bike trails, is there any near Fort Bragg?
I like this Trail because it's long and the dirt is pretty packed in. I like to take my dog out here. The trail is not very long unless you walk all the way to the bridge. There is no indicator to show how long each Trail is. But it works for this side of Fort Bragg.
