Kustom Burgers is hands down one of the best burger spots in Melbourne! The fries are simply unbeatable—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and paired with a dip sauce that's out of this world. The burgers? Absolutely mouthwatering. They’re juicy, flavorful, and crafted with care.
The location is just as impressive as the food. The vibe inside Kustom Burgers is laid-back yet vibrant, making it a great place to hang out with friends or family. Plus, the convenience of a nearby tram stop makes getting there a breeze.
If you’re in Melbourne and craving some top-notch burgers and fries, Kustom Burgers should be at the top of your list!

This is such a cool, local place full of car memorabilia and decor. Food is made fresh in the open kitchen and is typical of an American diner. Lots of pimped out burgers for all the omnivores out there! Personally, I love the mushroom burgers though. Order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. Definitely a local favourite judging by the continuous flow of delivery drivers.
My current favourite burger in Melbourne!
Well cooked and seasoned, a great size patty and it's also got a cool vibe. I enjoyed both the beef and chicken burgers. The chicken was a particular stand out.
It's nice to have found a good spot after so many recent let downs.

No crust on smashed patties at all. Poor meat taste (no seasoning, didn't taste fresh). Burger sucked.
Wings were okay, nothing special.
Chips seemed alright.
Bloke was really really nice though.

This restaurant had a cool retro aesthetic and good vibes! 🪩🕺🏽
The burgers here were juicy and delicious! Yum! 🍔🤤
Their hot dog was a bit too sloppy and saucy for my liking. I couldn’t hold it without sauce going everywhere. 🌭🫨
The customer service here was wonderful! 🥰👍🏼

Located next door to Thornbury Theatre, came in for lunch with a large group & the service was friendly and the food came out fast.
All the food that came out was delicious & everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal in this great vehicle themed establishment.

Amazing, fresh food with awesome service! The deep fried pickles & blue cheese burger were to die for. Highly recommend!
We experienced to see MICE running around the ventilation system inside the rear room above the chairs and tables where we “normally” eat on a weekly…sitting in the booths in the rear room! it is obviously disgustingly bad for us to see and think that these mice may be running over areas where people come to eat, exposed cutlery, straws, sauce bottles, etc. we highlighted what we have seen and hope that the owner will resolve their pest control issues immediately! BUT the owners know about mice and we were told they can’t do much about it, and that they double sanitise! This is absolutely unacceptable that this place has not called in professional pest control services! After their inappropriate conduct to not properly take control of their MICE issues they have lost long term loyal customers. Please do better to ensure that your customers are safe!
