Golfing in Kiambu and Nairobi county doesn't get much better than at Kiambu golf club.

There's so much more that can be done with this Club. Simple efforts like having a solid online presence will go far. Reaching out to the youth to recruit members as well will bump up membership and bring more revenue to the Club. I visited with an intention to join but honestly speaking, there is nothing inviting me to become a member. From the way I was received to the state of the facilities. It is good renovations are ongoing. Maybe I'll return when they're done and see if I will change my mind.

First visit to play here. Some great holes. Long term rebuild of clubhouse/19th hole but nice temporary setting around the pool

Visited this place on 1st January 2024, just to usher the new year with family. Had lunch at the Range and the food was delicious and well prepared. The facilities at the main gate are still under renovation but the work is almost complete. A great place to chill but you need to be a member of the Golf Club or be invited by a member.

Nice Course. Slightly archaic in regulations and hospitality but, there's evidence of improvement. Colonial rules and regulations seem to be the foundation stone of patronage and filled with the who's who of the surrounding environs. Outsiders tend to get a side eye accompanied by weird questions, but all is good at the end. Would visit it after a major course in acceptance of the century we actually live in.

The course was in great condition just stay on the fairway otherwise there is some tough rough. I struggled mainly because I kept finding the trees. I will definitely be back to conquer the course soon.
Service was a bit slow compared to other golf courses. They can definitely do better on this
