The guided tour from Jean was great. 5 stars for him. What I didn't like was paying admission of 38 Euro for two people for the guided tour of the tunnels, only to be told that I had to pay an additional 26 Euro for both of us to tour the museum after the guided tour. This was not explained to us when we arrived and purchased the tour tickets. I know it's a non-profit and all, but paying for a guided tour should also grant admission to the museum.

Well worth visiting. Guided talk was excellent and explained how the fighter control worked as well as Operation Husky operations room. Highly recommend for all those interested in history.

Absolutely fantastic museum. Could spend many hours there easily. There’s so much to see. A great tribute to Malta and the role it played in the war. The guided tour is a must and Mike is so knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Fascinating insight into WWII and Malta. Worth a visit for anyone interested in the history of the island.
I would recommend getting the multi site ticket which saves money overall and gives you access to a good few sites including the Saluting Battery and the WWII tunnels.

Worth visiting, very informative about the role Malta played during WW2, you get a tour through the war room and our guide Jean was incredibly good at explaining what was happening and very enthusiastic. I would recommend buying a multi-site ticket for €50 for an adult, you get a week to see 7 sites all under one ticket which is very good value.

Really cool place, especially if you’re interested in military history. All staff are absolutely lovely, we walked in and were allowed to join a guided tour, which was really, really interesting - thank you, Mike! Definitely recommend visiting

Definitely worth a visit. Learning about the history of Malta and particularly Malta's effort during WW2 was incredible. The guided tour was great and Mike, a British ex-Pat who was the guide, not only made it all seem so authentic, did an awesome job answering questions, and explaining the grand scale of what happened so many years ago.

Very interesting place to visit if you enjoy history. My wife and I were able to join the guided tour, given by Mike, which was very detailed. Mike was a font of knowledge and happy to answer questions and engage with the tour group.

There are a good amount of stairs throughout so it probably isn't wheelchair accessible. Lockers are available free of charge. Gift shop stocked with lots of relevant books.

Toilets not on site but about 200 metres away.
