Jorge was amazing! Thank you for making my dead battery experience not so tragic. I felt that the pricing was more than fair and the customer service was five stars. I hope you get something special because you deserve it! Also shout out to the kind sir that offered to jump my car, very kind of you to offer — Manchaca, Austin TX location
I always have a 5 star experience when I go here. Everyone working there is informative and polite :) Even if it's something they don't have on their list of services, they'll refer me to some other good places. I regularly get coupons and definitely take advantage of those!
My battery just died but was hoping I would just need steering fluid (or something), but they had my battery ready to go! I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes :)
I'm usually in and out in about 15-30 minutes each time depending on what other services (especially if I need to get done and they are offering a coupon). Definitely recommended!

I recently had an oil change and air conditioning recharge here and was very satisfied. The staff was professional, and the service was quick and efficient. The AC now works great, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience this morning getting my car serviced at this location. Everyone was welcoming, diligent, and timely. Marques did an amazing job explaining things to me. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer.
Highly recommended location - they were kind, polite, listened well and were thorough and fast. Pretty cool to see the dirty oil being drained out (photo) … I actually felt invigorated watching how the upstairs and downstairs teams worked in tandem. The ONLY issue is that these fine souls need better air circulation or even AC … what do you say, location owner??
Don't know why this business has 4.2 stars in reviews, I find their customer service is fantastic, the guys are friendly, respectable and fast in their service! And where else can you go on Sat or Sun 7am for an oil change or inspection? Thank you Marques, Jorge and Paul today for great service w/ oil change and battery replacement. I never felt pressured to purchase other options, and they showed me visually any issues they found. Even showed me that the oil tank was topped off which I appreciated b/c I've been ripped off at another business w/ too little oil put in. The manager here is running a great business! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!
Valvoline was open super early on Sunday morning. Made it there just before 8am. Needed to get my state inspection for my registration. Was attended to immediately by a very nice gentleman. Nate was awesome. Explained what to expect and how long it would take. Very efficient and had my inspection done in 20 minutes. Exceeded my expectations.
What else could you ask for?!? Matt, Jordan and Paul were so helpful with both an oil change and an inspection. Yes, they do state inspections too! Friendly staff, they offer additional services but they're not pushy about it, they show you how things are going throughout the process, they even offered water! Clean restroom too. Highly recommend.
