It’s much quieter in the early morning, you’ll see many people fishing. You can get the ferry and cross over to the Asian side.

The pier us usually busy due to the large number of tourists and locals who travel using it daily. There are a lot of restaurants and local food vendors to try Turkish food at. The tramvay and otobüs stations are also close by which makes transportation easily accessible. The pier also offers a beautiful view of the Bosporus strait and the Asian side of Istanbul. There are ferries that operate till 11PM at night transporting travellers from Üsküdar to Karaköy. At night, the pier offers a beautiful view of the skyline and the landscape of Üsküdar. It's a beautiful sight to behold.
