Good choices and variety for filling food though with limited choices for local Strasbourg cuisine. Good for dinner especially when you’re already too tired to go out further into the city centre and if you’re staying at the next-door hotel.
Great customer service from the brassiere staff. I ordered room service and I thought they forgot my smoothie order but they corrected this very promptly without me having to follow up. My favourite of my two orders (one for room service and the other at the restaurant) was the roasted octopus served with my smoothie.
The restaurant staff speak good English and were very helpful.

Nice place for a beer, stopped there while waiting for my airport bus and got a draught local white Perle beer pint. They got free wifi without any registration and terrace.
The food and atmosphere is rather nice. Very good dishes and selection of wine.

The service was abysmal. Had to ask for someone to come and serve us and the place was only about 1/3 full so could not understand why. Breakfast was
powdered eggs and had poor choice. Limited dinner menu and the dish I ordered was chicken and one piece
of it was bloody. Would not
recommend at all. Overall poor service.

Hotel restaurant well decorated. Cuisine is correctly prepared, but suffers from some imperfections (not enough seasoning, description on Menu does not correspond exactly to the dish).
