Loved it so messy and aesthetically appealing bought the we are not really strangers game from there
The line to the fitting rooms very endless so I took the chance and skipped, hoped everything would fit me. The staff was friendly at least the ones on the cashier, I didnt see anyone else. The store was very dirty tho (see the last photo where there was more dust than under my bed) and the outlet clothes very super unorganized.
the clothes are amazing there but the store it self was dirty, very crowded especially at fitting rooms where i waited almost 40 minutes... and there were clothes everywhere on the floor
Rude staff who can't price anything correctly. Not only were my items mispriced, they were put in the sale section but apparently they didn't belong there either. Even though the sale sticker was on every single product. Then the staff was extremely rude when I pointed out that these were incorrect. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience.

i love this brand! the shop is super nice and what i think is super cool is that there are plenty of stuff for every style! the things and clothes are a bit overpriced but super aesthetic!
Always been one of my favorite stores for the brands featured in the store, the atmosphere, the accessories, great books and gadgets. Hamburg's location lacks accessories for men and is not as big as other locations but still is good to be one of the best stores in Hamburg.
Some years ago, i first visited this place in the States. Now Europe is also up for some hip, modern, casual shopping. I like the vibe here, but the space to try clothes on is to tiny. Its in a corner where also the cash desk is. When crowded, its to full. Thats why 3 stars, they could have divided their space way better. But all in all, worth a visit!
