Lamb shawarma was not bad. The chicken one was so-so. The falafel was even worse than the ones I tried in some usual quick-bite restaurants in Sydney that are far distant from falafel’s supposedly home. To sum up, it is not worth going to this cafe or changing your way to have such an ordinary falafel here.
It is that unfancy place in town where you can find one of the best falafels and shawarmas. If you ever stop by ABC Achrafieh and want to have a quick meal, that is the best place for the best price. The team is so kind and welcoming, too. Never disappointing.
I usually eat from Falafel Freiha as delivery to my work address. Their falafel is very tasty. Never tried their shawarma but my colleagues did and they like it. Always very fast delivery and service. Never had an issue with the accuracy of the delivered items even when we have many special requests. Prices are very good.
Had a falafel plate! It was good and fresh, simple flavors. Super friendly service and nice to be at a family run business!
Met the most friendly man here, who offered his pipe and his company as I ate. Enjoyed a nice shawarma plate here. Fast, fresh, delicious. Would definitely go back. Great for a casual bite when you are in the neighborhood.
The taste that I was just looking for. Must try it. Small place but make some REALLY good shawarma, I ate 4 sandwiches because I knew I won’t have time to come back again. I wish we had this taste in chicago.
