My favorite coffee in Baku but it’s bad to tell that I try corrosion 2 different times times was egg smell and today we went to new brunch coffee good but sweet very bad honey cake very old worker change to us told teramisso fresh but like gelly strong old 🙃
During a recent visit to a coffee shop, I encountered a cashier who initially behaved rudely towards me. Despite expressing my concern about the freshness of the cake I received—something I could tell from being a regular customer—the cashier insisted it was made today. After tasting it, I confirmed it was not fresh, and when I brought this to her attention, she reluctantly replaced it, displaying unprofessional behavior throughout the interaction. Drawing from my two years of experience as a barista in Miami, I believe this incident did not align with appropriate customer service standards. The cashier's name was Leyla.
. We sat there to work because there were plugs to charge our computers but lately we found out that they don't work. Staff did not approach to inform/help, there were not QR menu on tables. The salad was not fresh. Coffee was not the best and they serve turkish coffee in single use cups which is not proper.
Spanish latte and americano was good. Flat white was fine. If only they had more vegetarian friendly sandwiches …
Nice staff they were friendly and helpful , the food was delicious but the spanish latte need more coffe taste , the crepe roll was very delicious
Coffee (the one in picture is espresso macchiato) is nice, and atmosphere is good as well.
The thing when there is less people the sound make a bit echo so it’s just a bit disturbing.
Prices are affordable and not so high for such place.
All in all nice place to grab a cup of coffee.

CupCup Coffee is an outstanding coffee shop that I highly recommend. I recently visited with a friend and our driver and we had a fantastic experience. The coffee was top-notch - I had an Espresso Macchiato Double that was expertly crafted. The atmosphere of the cafe is wonderful both inside and outside, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
One thing that really impressed me about CupCup Coffee is the attention to detail that the baristas put into each drink. They are certified professionals who take pride in their craft, and it shows. The artful presentation of each drink is truly a sight to behold. The baristas are an integral part of the coffee shop and make the experience all the more special.
Overall, I highly recommend CupCup Coffee to anyone looking for a great coffee shop in Baku. The coffee is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful. It's definitely one of my favorite coffee shops in the city!
