The customer service here was above reproach! I went in seeking information, and left with two hats. There are a wide range of items/merchandise here. If not on hand at the location, they can more than likely order it for you. If you're looking for knowledgeable salespeople and good product I recommend this store.
Cute store and staff was great but Boot Barn website advertising a full grain leather boot but manufacturers website for Durango Crush boot says is all man made materials. False advertising. Disappointed.
We went in looking for one pair of boots, and left with 3 pairs and clothes. Trish was very personable, present and very insightful. Even thought there might have been other staff there(?) Trish was the face of it all. Our family would absolutely go back there. She deserves a raise and recognition

Unfortunately after one night of wearing my boots the stitching is already causing the boots to split. This was my first purchase of a high quality boot and I’m just really disappointed that they are already falling apart after one night.

I was really impressed with this western store. Lots of options for boots, hats, clothing, and accessories. It looks great on the outside and inside. The staff was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, their selection of faux-leather boots is only available online, but I was happy they had anything even if it was just online. We were able to find my partner a hat (which is hard to find his size)! We'll be back for other Western wear.

Tried a bunch on and the sales assistant knew his stuff and was extremely helpful. Can’t wait to go back at some point. Can’t recommend more highly!
