Rangers are nice and keep the park clean.
I wasn’t here long but I enjoyed my stay

This is our second time visiting the highway. And a second time doing it on E bikes. It is a wonderful ride. A combination of hikers and bicyclists. The road is wide and well taken care of. I am sure you could easily hike or ride a regular bike as well. The views are astonishing. The tunnels are fun. And the grocery store in Mosier is a great destinations for Snacks and a drink.
The second location we visited this morning and I love this one just as much, actually even more lol I enjoyed climbing the hills so much we didn’t even bother to check out the actual trail. Once I got to the top of the hill the views were to die for. Just magnificent! My wife decided to stay behind for this one due to it being too risky for her to climb. She did get a few pics of me from the bottom lol
$5 daily parking or use season pass. Probably about 30 parking spaces with about 10 oversized or RV/camper van spaces. Have 2 bathroom stalls. Friendly staff to provide more info. Trail start from here will be an immediate 5% grade uphill to the twin tunnels. Also another simple overlook trail from parking lot.
I should be riding the dirt trails, but this 10 mile’r “out & back” is some of the most Beautiful views of The Gorge you will ever see, once a week for me! Mountain Bike 6 star trail
I love this trail! It's a good trail for biking, walking or running. Although I haven't walked the entire length, I believe it is paved all the way to the next town. This is a great trail for the kids and dogs as well. When you go, make sure to stop and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Beautiful bike or running trail. Even on a sunny day there are stretches of shade and the hills vary so you get a break down hill both directions. Parking is $5 unless you have an annual park pass.
