Loved coming here, the weather was beautiful and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun in their shaded patio! The food was delicious, I ordered the gnocchi and cleared my plate!
I believe it was the owner who came and asked us about our meal, he was very passionate in the way he talked about the food which made coming here lovely.
The service was pretty slow once we ordered dessert, took a while to get it but I loved it! I ordered the Pannacotta, the strawberry cooli they add really tied the whole thing together.
Would 100% recommend coming here, I want to try their Pesto next time!

I came to Santa Cruz on a Monday and my usual place was closed, which forced me to explore. I came to Tramonti, they had a parking lot on the side, but I am sure you can park at the street.
The customer service was really good upon entering the restaurant. I was given a choice to sit inside or out in the patio. I sat inside, had a great attentive waitress. She gave me suggestions on her personal favorites and I ended up ordering the Mama Rosa pizza with roasted eggplant, bell pepper and zucchini and it was delicious. I ate half of the pizza and couldn’t wait to take the rest home to share with my husband. The eggplant was sweet (natural sweetness) and the crust was crunchy. When I commented on it, my waitress said I requested it to be cooked extra crunchy and I’m glad you like it.
I also got the small personal sized tiramisu. It was great. I paired my meal with a glass of Chianti. I’ll definitely comeback.

We went on a Friday evening without a reservation, but they kindly sat us still. However, I do recommend a reservation to others. We didn’t realize how busy it would be. The servers were all so polite.
We tried the Margherita pizza, gnocchi tricolore, and short-rib ravioli. All of them were excellent, but our absolute favorite was the gnocchi. Mmm. For dessert, the chocolate lava cake and pistachio ricotta cheesecake. Loved both.
I spent 2 weeks in Italy recently, and Tramonti made me feel like I was back there again. It’s so authentic. Grazie!

Really great! Loved our time. Awesome wine and super friendly staff. Food was tasty but their menu was not the same as what they were able to make at the time so we had to do a lot of back and forth.
I was really impressed by quality of the food and the level of service. The menu offered a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, all of which we ordered were prepared to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the stagioni pizza and the gnocchi, both of which were packed with flavor. The gnocchi was light and fluffy with a rich tomato sauce. The wine list was also top-notch, offering a great selection of Italian wines to complement the food. The highlight of the meal was the chocolate mousse, which was creamy and decadent with the perfect balance of sweetness. The wait staff was being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend to have a reservation.
We randomly walked into this place with no expectations while on our visit to UCSC! We had a great time. The service was exceptional! They customized almost all dishes to our liking and gave us recommendations too. There is both indoor and outdoor seating . There are games like Pac-Man indoor for fun! Will visit again when I am in the area..
We tried several things here including spaghetti and soup, very delicious. We also tried pizza, “meat monster”, it was so great! Guess it was authentic Italian pizza, with very thin slices, juicy ground meats and pepperoni. I would like to come back to eat pizza. Never tasted like this great before! The service was also nice and considerate.
