OUE Tower is an office building, home to the corporate division of the Bank of America. A separate building beside it houses Tong. Le private dining restaurant. The only revolving restaurant in Singapore. Surrounding area nearby with eateries and the Bayfront hotel, makes it a pleasant place for a leisurely stroll along the waterfront.
You get to see the new Apple store from the other side of the bay. Tong Le Private Dinning serves the highest quality chinese food with the amazing view
This is a pretty nice building - yes, it rotates, and occasionally you can even feel the ground shudder. If you like that sort of thing, it can be fun. It's in a very nice location in the heart of Singapore and has excellent views of the city all the way around.
