A very nice, chic restaurant that has an ambient atmosphere with smiling and helpful staff ☺️☺️ We started with olives and pita for the appetizer and then moved onto Lamb kebab and Steak for the main course ❤️❤️ Very delicious and each bite was a gourmet’s delight ❤️❤️ For dessert we had the date cake which was just as delicious! Truly a 10/10 restaurant and look forward to trying other items on the menu ☺️☺️

AYLA offers a great menu filled with delicious options and a fun list of cocktails (and mocktails too!). I love that most dishes are easy to share between friends. The vibe is fun, our service was a bit slow tonight but overall had a great time catching up with friends after work on a Thursday evening.

The vibe is great, ideal for any occasion. What stands out most is the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. Plus, the convenience of valet parking is a big plus. Beautiful and elegant restaurant situated in Griffintown. We went to celebrate two birthdays for brunch. From the hostess to our waitress, the service is very friendly and excellent. Each dish, and drinks were delicious. We ordered grapefruit and orange mimosa, tea, ice latte, shrimp waffles, banana, pecan and ice cream waffles, brioche French toast with pistachio and muhammara toast with egg poached. Everything was beautifully presented and it was super tasty. Recommended!

Honestly… If you want a 10/10 dining experience in Montreal, please visit Ayla! I dined here for my birthday and it was a very exceptional experience!!! I loved the ambiance! The staff members (i.e. host, bartenders, servers, etc) were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The Mediterranean cuisine is absolutely delicious!! And the bartenders crafted tasty cocktails! Also, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this restaurant. He is very friendly, helpful and respectful! I really appreciated his help and recommendations of Montreal’s nightlife bars. This is a worthy restaurant to visit in Griffintown. I look forward to dining at Ayla in the future! 🙂

The food was great and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and fun. The service was a bit of a yo-yo. When we arrived, it was great. The hostesses that greated us were very nice and welcoming. Once we sat, someone came to serve us some water. But then, we felt forgotten about. They asked for our order a long time after our arrival and we were so hungry we ordered our food at the same time as the drinks. The food arrived under 2 minutes later ! As of then, we started to feel rushed: we ordered 4 appetizers to share and they all came together right away. Every 15 minutes, someone was coming to try to take the plates or drinks away, when we didn't even have more than one or two bites out of them! They didn't come back to give us water or ask us to get more drinks (which we wanted!). We took our time to enjoy the exquisite food. But when our main courses arrived, we felt like the restaurant was starting to close up, when it was only 10 PM on a Thursday evenings. I would definitely come back but will try to come on a Friday or Saturday night and hope not to feel like the restaurant is closing too early !
