Mount Dandenong offers a beautiful view from the top, where you can spot the city skyline in the distance. The area is refreshing with its tall trees and peaceful surroundings, perfect for a nature escape!

Small gardens lovely to stop in if you are dining at the restaurant.

Try to be there around sunset time for best view but try to arrive early for shop and maze to be open.

Nice place to wander and take a view overlooking the city, not sure why they charge so much for parking though. I think the maze must shut early, as hasn’t been open last few times we been there.

It was not worth it!! Paid $10 for parking on a public holiday ($5 from Mon to Fri). The garden is small, nothing special, the maze entrance was another $8, the wishing tree wasn’t well maintained, even saw three men smoking right next to the wishing well treating it as it was an ashtray…
I could finish browsing the whole garden in 10 minutes.

Crowded, parking directions are not very clear. Everyone was struggling to park. Unclean washrooms. People at the garden are merrily dirtying the place and nothing seems to be done about it. Wish the scenic views could make up for this but it doesn’t.
