Very bad service that lady waitress she dont have manner how to handle customer she force us to dislocate the place where were we sitting.she has very discriminating attitude.. i was with my guest.. it was very disappointed with her although i was a regular customer to that cafe.
The service is very excellent, especially the reception staff
مكان جميل لكن غير هادئ
Nice cafe and the staff Donia greeted and treated us very well.
الشيشة سيئة جدا ولا فيها طعم، ولكن خدمة الموظفين ممتازة خصوصا الموظفة نجلاء.
I went there to avail the deal their advertising. Turns out the deal doesnt exist, they have no food. Also there was no one at the reception . The staff was in some room for about 10 minutes. I sat and moved around trying to get them to come outside. Overall a waste of time and definitely bad customer service.
Terrible place, rude staff, live football keeps cutting out
